Wolf Tooth EnCase Pump 40cc

Wolf Tooth EnCase Pump 40cc is built for riders who want fast access, efficient inflation, and integrated tool storage in one compact system. Designed specifically for high-volume gravel, mountain, and fat bike tires, this pump moves more air per stroke while requiring less force than many traditional mini pumps—making trailside inflation quicker and more controlled. The 40cc EnCase Pump uses a direct-to-valve head that presses straight onto Presta valves—no hose, no threading, and no unnecessary complexity. With a maximum pressure of 70 psi, it’s optimized for modern tubeless setups where volume matters more than ultra-high pressure. What sets the EnCase system apart is its integrated storage capability. The 40cc version has internal space to house an EnCase System multi-tool—such as the Hex Bit Wrench or Chain + Tire Plug Tool—or the EnCase Tire Plug tool alone. When mounted to your frame using the included bottle cage mount, the pump stays protected thanks to EnviroLock sealing, which shields internal components from water, sand, mud, and debris. All components are individually serviceable through Wolf Tooth’s Right to Repair program, ensuring long-term durability and maintainability.
