Wolf Tooth ALT XC Clipless Pedal

Wolf Tooth ALT XC Clipless Pedal is engineered for riders who demand lightweight efficiency, precise engagement, and confident control across XC trails and fast gravel terrain. Designed, tested, and machined in Minnesota, the ALT XC delivers a refined SPD-compatible interface with an impressively low stack height and a supportive platform that enhances both power transfer and stability. At just 15mm thin, the ALT XC Clipless Pedal reduces stack height for a more direct connection to the bike, improving pedaling efficiency and cornering feel. Despite its slim profile, the pedal body provides a generous 345mm² platform area—supporting your shoe under load and delivering better control in technical terrain. An open-center body design promotes effective mud clearance, ensuring consistent engagement in mixed and wet conditions. The clip-in and release action is crisp and predictable, with 5 degrees of float and 12 degrees of release for a natural pedaling motion. Wolf Tooth cleats are included, and the system remains fully compatible with SPD cleats. Inside, a heat-treated 17-4 PH stainless steel axle, three sealed bearings, and a dual-spacer system provide long-term durability and smooth rotation. The ALT XC Clipless Pedal features an adjustable Q factor in 4mm increments, allowing riders to configure spacing to 51mm, 55mm, or 59mm. Pedals ship in the 55mm configuration, and adjustments can be completed at home with basic tools.
