Wobbler360

The Wobbler360 is the only proactive balance tool on the market that strengthens your core from the inside out using the spinal engine! Because you have to move the Wobbler360 instead of balancing on an unstable surface it is safe, even for people who may be trying to improve their balance. Weight shifting and rotation are the two key components to using the Wobbler360 and also the two essential movements in almost any functional/sporting movement including golf, boxing, baseball, running, etc. Due to the low impact nature of using the Wobbler360, it is safe and effective to use as an alternative to higher impact activity such as running. Loved by trainers and physical therapists for it's utility and uniqueness, the Wobbler360 is great for training groups of athletes, clients or patients. It decreases the amount of cuing the professional has to provide to the client to achieve a better movement quality. The Wobbler360 is great for all ages! Kids love to play, spin and balance and even those in their 80s love to practice balance and low impact, weight bearing exercise! FUN! This is the best part! Throw on your favorite music and just have fun! See the Wobbler360 in action here!
