It can stand up to the high spindle speeds found on modern milling machines, leaving behind a superior surface finish while still being able to burnout. This wax is harder than Ferris green carving wax, but it is not as brittle, so you can mill the finest details with less concern for breakage. Wizard Wax also works great for conventional wax carving.
