Wit's Up (Belgian Wit)

A pale straw color with a dense white head, Wit’s Up has grainy, wheat aromatics. Wit beers are often very cloudy from starch haze and/or yeast giving it a milky whitish-yellow appearance. Moderate zesty, orangey fruitiness combine with perfumy coriander and spicy hops producing complex herbal notes in the background. The soft effervescent pallet finishes refreshing, dry and thirst quenching. The Wit's Up contains: Malt extract Milled specialty grain Hops Priming sugar Fining agents Lalbrew Wit Yeast Each Bacchus Batches kit is formulated to produce a specific style of beer. Since the quantity and alpha acid in hops vary sometimes significantly from one year to the next or from one bale to the next we adjust the varieties and amounts of hops in Bacchus Batches kit to provide consistent results.
