Extrafine Merino Yarn WISH is an extraordinary ultra-fine luxury Italian lace yarn made from 100% Extrafine Merino Wool, with approximately 1500 meters per 100 g in the finished double-strand winding. This exceptional yarn is considered one of the most prestigious extrafine merino yarns produced by an exclusive Italian luxury mill, valued for its extraordinary softness, elegant drape, and incredible versatility. Originally produced as an ultra-fine single thread at approximately 3000 meters per 100 g, this yarn is professionally pre-wound into 2 strands for easier and more practical use. The resulting 1500m/100g format creates a more workable luxury lace yarn while preserving the exceptional softness and refined feel of the original fiber. This yarn is finer than most merino yarns on the market and offers exceptional meterage per 100 g, making it an outstanding luxury companion yarn for knitting, weaving, machine knitting, and multi-strand couture projects. The original single strand is incredibly fine and delicate, which is why this yarn is professionally pre-wound into 2 strands for practical use. Even in this format, it remains one of the finest and softest merino yarns available. One of the most valuable qualities of this yarn is its flexibility. By adjusting strand count, knitters can create completely different yarn weights and fabric structures while preserving the same luxurious softness and elegant drape.
