CHALK SYNTHESIS PAINT - PINTS

Embrace the Beauty of Imperfection: Please note that some items in this listing might have imperfections, such as torn labels or cosmetic blemishes. These imperfections are a result of liquidating my retail store and transporting the products across the country. Because of these imperfections, I am able to offer them to my customers at a significant discount. Limited Availability: These items are available in limited quantity, so when they are gone, they are gone!! Many are retired colors that are no longer available for purchase from Wise Owl. Be aware before beginning your projects and plan accordingly! What is Wise Owl Chalk Synthesis Paint? A highly pigmented, clay based mineral paint, perfect for revamping your outdated furniture. Thanks to its self leveling properties and incredible adhesion, it is perfect for most surfaces including wood, metal, glass, fabric, and more! Created by an environmental scientist, Wise Owl chalk synthesis paint is also one of the most non toxic and eco friendly furniture paints on the market. Colors may vary slightly depending on your screen settings, although I've gone to great lengths to get them as accurate as possible. Feel free to message me if you would like more photos of a particular color, or if you'd like to see a sample board in person in my shop! How's the coverage and cure time? One pint provides approximately 80 sq ft of coverage. CSP dries super fast, depending on your humidity levels, between 1-4 hours. Fully cures in 30 days. Not sure where to start? For most jobs, you'll need to clean well (and then clean again with fresh water to remove any cleaning residue) and then assess your surface. If it is slick, shiny, or non porous you may need to give it a quick scuff sand or begin with primer. Then apply 2 coats of paint (allowing to dry for 4-6 hours between coats). Be sure to apply with a good quality brush for the best results!! Once your paint is fully dry, top coat for the best protection. Varnish can be used for the highest durability, Clear OHE for the quickest curing, or Furniture Salve for the easiest and softest finish.
