Winthrop House Plan

Winthrop is a luxury, European home plan. Sculpted corbels and repeating arches conceal a 21st-century interior. Slump arches and parapeted dormers add intrigue to the home's elevation. Inside, ornate millwork, chic moldings, cornices and angled arcades add depth and intrigue to the Winthrop. The integrity of the design is further enhanced by coffered and stepped ceiling treatments. Slender, vertical windows with transoms add even more character. A highly sophisticated arrangement of public and private rooms allows a graceful flow to envelop the home. At the center of the Winthrop, the living room, dining room and foyer converge into one open space. Stepped ceilings provide subtle definition to the rooms. Retreating glass walls extend the living space to the lanai. When the corner-less glass doors retreat in the leisure and living rooms, space extends to the wrapping rear lanai. These glass doors blur the inside/outside relationship with an outdoor kitchen and lanai. The lanai is convenient for alfresco meals. Authentic detailing plays in harmony with cutting-edge technology throughout the home, particularly in the kitchen. The kitchen features Euro cabinetry and stainless steel culinary appliances. The entire right side of the Winthrop is dedicated to the master suite. Large and spacious, the master bedroom features a sitting room and a morning kitchen. Overly generous his and her closets separate the bedroom from the master bathroom. The master bathroom offers a whirlpool tub, walk-in shower, separate vanities and a master garden. The left side of the Winthrop houses the two guest suites, complete with full bathrooms and walk-in closets. The Winthrop home plan features 3954 square feet of living area, three bedrooms and four bathrooms. It is available with a slab/stemwall foundation.
