Winter Warmer Extract Beer Recipe Kit

Minnesotans know more about keeping warm than just about anybody in the world. Our secret? It's in the beer. This Winter Warmer starts big and malty with a full body and spicy English hop profile. The flavor is complex malt with fruit, burnt caramel, and subtle chocolate, finishing sweet with a warming alcohol note. Similar to our Wee Heavy and Barley Wine kits, the Winter Warmer increases in complexity with age. A bottle makes a great stocking stuffer! Due to the high starting gravity of this kit, we recommend pitching multiple packs of yeast or preparing a yeast starter for best results.   Looking for the All Grain Version?
