By solving potential compatibility issues such as bolt spacing, hardware adaptation, and clearances, these extenders ensure your setup is as streamlined as possible. Wingspan Extenders XL: Ultimate Arm Cup Adjustment for Triathlon Bike Fit Our customers inspired the Wingspan Extenders XL. While the original extenders were designed to adjust stance width, athletes quickly discovered they could rotate the plates to adjust reach as well. However, this wasn’t always optimal due to varying hole patterns. The Wingspan Extenders XL solve that problem by offering an extended range of adjustment, with multiple hole patterns and asymmetrical, reversible designs that allow you to find the perfect fit.
