They are design to provide biomechanical support & alginment and fit into most shoes, even when they come without a removable insole. Because they are full length and provide a cushion in the forefoot, they also work for activities beyond the office. If you are nor sure which model you should get to work with most of your shoes, go for the Wings. It will help you soar through the day. Arch height low-high Arch support high Rearfoot cushion high (gel+dual foam) Ball cushion medium Pronation control high Durability very high Shoe type dress, casual, sneakers, workboots Activity office, walking, sport Sizing: We make orthotic inserts, not insoles. What matters biomechanically for your foot is the length of the FirmFlex™ core, not the overall length. The FirmFlex™ core should match foot arch length, overall length should match shoe interior to prevent moving and sliding. All our inserts are made to a generic shoe size and need to be trimmed slightly to fit the specific shoe they are worn in. Even for the same shoe size, inside shoe dimensions vary from shoe brand to brand. To make sure our products have "enough material" to cover every shoe, we purposely make them a bit longer than the shoe size stated. If you bought them for your correct shoe size but they appear too long when trying to place them, DO NOT EXCHANGE for a smaller size. They are correct but need to be trimmed with scissors. This will not damage the performance. Maintenance: Wash with soap, warm water and a brush every 2 months. Air-dry overnight.
