Start with a vibrant Potter Valley Aligoté that shows what bright acidity can do, work through an aromatic Lodi Pinot Grigio and a creamy North Coast Chardonnay, see how skin contact paints a Zinfandel rosé pink, then finish with two reds: a savory Paso Robles Sangiovese balancing fruit and earth, and a velvety Reserve Petite Sirah that puts tannin front and center.
