An easy favorite for gardeners seeking a bold, yet low-maintenance beauty! 3-5 feet tall and wide at maturity Hardy in zones 4-8, be sure to check your USDA zone to ensure success Plant in full sun (6+ hours daily) Space plants 3-5 feet apart for best results Maintains dark purplish black foliage spring to frost Produces crisp white-green flowers late spring through early summer Blooms on old wood Great for borders, containers, landscapes and mass plantings Attracts bees, butterflies and hummingbirds and resists deer Foliage interest Our deciduous shrubs are entering their natural dormancy phase. As part of this process, foliage is turning colors, drying out, and falling off—this is completely normal! Shedding leaves helps the plants conserve energy and prepare for the next growing season. Rest assured, your shrubs will wake up and thrive again when it's time in your growing zone. Dormancy is how they prepare for a healthy, vibrant comeback as the seasons change! Care: Fertilize with Proven Winners Continuous Release Plant Food in spring and mid-summer. Prefers well-drained soils but is fairly adaptable to other soil types.
