Rhodi Double O Flow Dual RO/DI System High-output pure water built for professionals who need more flow. The Rhodi Double O Flow is our dual-membrane RO/DI system designed specifically for professional window cleaners who need greater water production, stronger rinsing performance, and the capacity to handle demanding residential and commercial work. Producing up to approximately 1 to 3.25 gallons of pure water per minute, the Double O Flow delivers twice the production capacity of our original single-membrane system under comparable operating conditions. That means faster rinsing, better performance at height, and less time waiting on your system to keep up. Until now, stepping up to a dual-RO system meant paying premium-brand prices. Rhodi changes that. The Double O Flow combines proven three-stage purification, two commercial RO membranes, non-proprietary filters, and a rugged mobile frame without the inflated price or proprietary replacement-part trap. Pre-Order Information The Rhodi Double O Flow is scheduled to become available in October 2026. Pre-Order Launch Offer: Save 30% + Free Shipping Reserve yours with a fully refundable $100 deposit. Remaining balance due October 1, 2026. Pre-order customers will reserve their system from the first available production inventory. Orders will be fulfilled in the order they are received once inventory arrives and completes final inspection and quality control. The October availability window is an estimate and may be affected by manufacturing, freight, customs, or other logistics delays. Key Features 1 GPM Pure Water Production Dual commercial RO membranes significantly increase water production compared with a traditional single-membrane system. The Double O Flow can produce approximately 1 gallon per minute, depending on: Incoming water pressure Source-water temperature Input TDS Hose length and diameter Pole height Filter and membrane condition Higher output provides stronger rinsing performance and helps professional cleaners complete demanding jobs more efficiently. Three-Stage Purification The Double O Flow uses a proven three-stage purification process to produce spot-free water. 1. Carbon and Sediment Pre-filtration The first stage removes sediment, particulates, chlorine, odors, and other contaminants before they reach the RO membranes. This helps protect the membranes and extend their service life. 2. Dual Reverse Osmosis Membranes Two commercial RO membranes remove the majority of dissolved solids from the incoming water while delivering substantially greater production than a single-membrane system. 3. Deionization The final DI stage removes the remaining dissolved solids, producing 0 TDS pure water for spot-free glass, frames, and exterior surfaces. Built for Higher-Demand Work The Double O Flow is designed for professional cleaners handling larger properties, taller buildings, commercial routes, and jobs where stronger water production can make a meaningful difference. The additional output helps provide: Faster rinsing Improved flow at height Better performance through longer hose runs Less production bottleneck on demanding jobs Greater capacity for high-volume daily use Actual performance will vary based on jobsite water conditions and system configuration. Non-Proprietary Filters and Membranes The Double O Flow uses standard-sized replacement filters and membranes. You are not locked into proprietary cartridges, unusual filter sizes, or overpriced replacement programs. Compatible consumables can be purchased from Rhodi or sourced from other qualified water-filtration suppliers. This gives you greater control over maintenance costs and reduces the risk of unnecessary downtime. Rugged and Mobile Frame The Double O Flow is built on a durable professional frame designed to withstand regular transportation and jobsite use. Its mobile configuration makes it easier to move between the vehicle, water source, and work area while keeping the filtration components organized and protected. The system can be operated upright or positioned according to the requirements of your workflow, provided all hoses and components are properly secured. No Assembly Required Every Double O Flow arrives fully assembled, pre-plumbed, and prepared for operation. Connect your feed-water hose, connect your pure-water line, flush the membranes as directed, and begin producing purified water. No complicated assembly or custom plumbing is required. Built for Professional Reach The system is designed to support water-fed pole cleaning at approximately 30 to 40 feet or higher, depending on incoming pressure, hose configuration, pole setup, and jobsite conditions. For properties with low water pressure, extremely long hose runs, or demanding elevation requirements, a compatible booster pump may be recommended. Professional-Grade Components Each system is built using commercial filtration components selected for regular professional use, including: Dual commercial RO membranes Standard carbon and sediment filtration Mixed-bed DI resin Durable filter housings Professional fittings and tubing Mobile frame and wheels TDS monitoring equipment Why Dual RO? A single RO membrane is sufficient for many residential routes and everyday window-cleaning jobs. Dual RO is built for cleaners who need greater production and do not want their filtration system becoming the bottleneck. The Double O Flow is a better fit for professionals who: Regularly clean large homes or commercial properties Work with longer hose runs Frequently clean at greater heights Want stronger rinsing performance Need faster pure-water production Are preparing to scale their route or crew capacity Operate in areas where jobsite pressure and water conditions vary More output does not replace the need for adequate incoming pressure. In low-pressure conditions, a booster pump may still be necessary to reach the system’s full production potential. Maintenance and Operation Carbon and Sediment Filter Replace the pre-filter after approximately 5,000 gallons, every two months, or sooner if water flow decreases, the filter becomes visibly contaminated, or local water conditions require more frequent replacement. Protecting the RO membranes from chlorine and sediment is critical to maintaining long-term system performance. DI Resin Monitor the final pure-water output using a TDS meter. Replace or refresh the DI resin once the system consistently produces water above your acceptable spot-free threshold. For professional window cleaning, resin should generally be replaced before output reaches 10 ppm. RO Membranes Membrane lifespan depends on water quality, chlorine exposure, operating pressure, storage practices, and maintenance. Test the source-water TDS and RO-output TDS periodically. A significant decline in rejection performance, reduced production, or continued high RO-output TDS after proper flushing may indicate that the membranes require cleaning, troubleshooting, or replacement. Membrane Flushing Flush the RO membranes according to the operating instructions before and after use when appropriate. Regular flushing helps remove concentrated dissolved solids and supports membrane performance and longevity. Transportation Transport the system upright whenever possible. When laying the system flat: Secure all hoses and loose components Avoid placing tension on fittings Protect the housings and gauges from impact Prevent the system from sliding during transit Freezing and Long-Term Storage Never allow water inside the system to freeze. Freezing can permanently damage housings, fittings, membranes, and other components. For extended periods of inactivity, follow the recommended membrane-preservation procedure and use an appropriate RO storage or sanitizing solution. Store the system in a clean, temperature-controlled environment away from direct sunlight. Warranty The Rhodi Double O Flow is backed by Rhodi’s limited lifetime system warranty. Warranty coverage applies according to the complete Rhodi warranty terms and exclusions. Filters, RO membranes, DI resin, and other consumable components are normal wear items and are not covered after use unless they are confirmed to have arrived defective. Important Performance Notice The stated 1 GPM output is an approximate, not a guaranteed production rate at every property. Your actual output may be higher or lower depending on inlet pressure. RO/DI system performance is affected by incoming water pressure, water temperature, input TDS, membrane condition, filter condition, hose restrictions, elevation, and other jobsite variables. A booster pump may be required when incoming pressure is insufficient. The Rhodi Double O Flow is designed to give professional cleaners substantially greater production capacity while preserving the affordability, serviceability, and non-proprietary ownership that Rhodi was built around. Pre-Production Product Notice The product images shown represent the current pre-production design. The final production design has not yet been fully finalized, and the delivered system may differ slightly in appearance from the images shown. Minor changes may include component placement, fittings, hardware, labels, finishes, frame details, or other cosmetic elements. Rhodi may make design refinements before production to improve durability, manufacturability, usability, or overall performance.
