Why You’ll Love It: 🚚 Free Shipping: High-end rack customization delivered with zero shipping costs. Pro-Grade Material: Printed on Avery Dennison 1105 White Cast vinyl, the industry gold standard for durability and conformability. Satin Finish: Topped with a luster (satin) laminate for a premium, non-reflective look that is highly effective against UV fading and harsh trail conditions. Trim-to-Fit Design: We provide a generous amount of material so you can wrap and trim the edges for a perfect, edge-to-edge finish regardless of your rack’s specific shape. 📋 Specifications & Sizes: Tacoma & 4Runner: 52" Wide x 10" Tall Tundra: 58" Wide x 10" Tall Need a Custom Size? If your rack requires different dimensions, email us at support@tacovinyl.com and we can create a custom cut for you. Durability: Automotive-grade cast vinyl designed for 5–7+ years of outdoor exposure. 🛠 Installation Guide: ⚠️ Critical Temperature Requirement: For a successful bond, the ideal installation temperature is between 65°F and 73°F. Attempting to install in temperatures any warmer or colder may prevent the vinyl from adhering correctly, which will ruin the decal. Dry Install Only: Do not use water or "wet" application methods. These professional-grade materials are designed for dry application only. Surface Prep: This is the most important step! Clean the hood thoroughly with a heavy-duty degreaser followed by Isopropyl Alcohol (IPA) to ensure 100% adhesion. The surface must be completely stripped of all wax and ceramic coatings. Pro Tips: Visually inspect the vinyl before installation. Use a felt-tip squeegee to avoid scratching the satin laminate during application. Lay the vinyl over the deflector, work from the center out, and trim the excess with a sharp precision blade. Shipping & Policies: Lead Time: Please allow 7–14 days for processing and printing. Cancellations: All orders are subject to a 10% cancellation fee after 24 hours. Support: We are not responsible for installation errors. Any damaged components will need to be replaced at the owner's expense. If you aren't comfortable trimming vinyl, a local wrap shop can handle this install easily.
