Willow Tree REMEMBRANCE Figure

From Willow Tree®... A gift to celebrate sympathy, comfort, remembrance, and healing! Remembrance angel has memories carved on her dress that appeal to our senses…the small things that remind you of those who have passed away but are always in your heart. A gift to offer support during a friend’s or family member’s or your own healing process. Willow Tree® angels resonate with many cultures and ages of people. To some they represent protection; to some they are an outward reminder of inner peace; and to some they represent a way to remember those who have left this earth.  Willow Tree® is a reminder of someone we want to keep close, or a memory we want to touch. Hand-carved figures reveal their expression through body gestures only… a tilt of the head, placement of the hands, a turn of the body. Each piece is designed to be open to interpretation from the viewer. “Willow Tree isn’t so much about the tangible piece. It represents an emotion, or it marks a memory.” —Susan Lordi.
