William Hackett HA ROV Shank Hook

Engineered for demanding offshore and subsea lifting environments, this Grade 8 alloy steel ROV shank hook from William Hackett combines strength, safety, and operator-friendly design. Fully compliant with EN1677 and ASME B30.26 standards, it delivers dependable performance in critical applications. Built with a durable powder-coated finish in high-visibility Hackett Offshore Orange (RAL 3025), the hook remains easy to identify even in low-light subsea conditions. Its extended shank is purpose-designed for ROV operations, allowing manipulators to securely grip, position, and control the hook with precision during rigging and de-rigging tasks. A robust butterfly latch system ensures reliable wire rope engagement, while also allowing for easy maintenance with spare parts available upon request. Each unit undergoes Magnetic Particle Inspection (MPI) testing to guarantee structural integrity and safety. Rated for extreme environments, the hook operates effectively in temperatures ranging from -40°F to 392°F. It is proof load tested to 2.5 times its Working Load Limit (WLL) and features a minimum breaking load of 4 times the WLL, ensuring a high safety margin in heavy-duty lifting operations. This hook is a purpose-built solution for subsea professionals who require strength, visibility, and precise handling in challenging underwater conditions.   Part Code WLL lbs A inch B inch C inch D inch E inch F inch G inch H inch I inch Mass lbs 8-H28-06 13,000 3.15 1.38 10.04 1.61 5.71 1.38 1.10 17.32 1.57 11.02 8-H28-12 25,000 3.74 1.77 8.86 1.97 6.73 1.77 1.57 18.78 1.97 19.84 8-H28-25 50,000 5.12 2.17 8.43 2.56 8.19 2.26 1.85 21.85 2.83 30.86
