American photographer William Eggleston brought a vivid, cinematic eye to everyday life, transforming ordinary moments into iconic visual statements. For Now is a thoughtfully curated selection of previously unpublished photographs, assembled by filmmaker Michael Almereyda—director of the 2005 documentary William Eggleston in the Real World. Drawing from an archive of over 35,000 images spanning four decades, Almereyda presents what he calls “the B-sides, the bootlegs, the unreleased tracks”—a raw, intimate look at Eggleston’s lesser-seen work. This oversized fourth edition includes eight newly added, never-before-published photographs, offering fresh insight into one of America’s most influential photographers.
