William House Plan

The open floor plan of the William design is just one feature you will fall in love with. Having such an open and free flowing space from the great room to the kitchen and the dining area is stunning. When that is enhanced with sliding glass doors and retreating glass walls that open out onto the loggia, you bring the outdoors inside. Every home needs to have a home office, or a study. This design has a nicely sized study with barn doors. And just like a home office, every home needs a utility room. Connecting the large 3 car garage to the kitchen is a nicely sized utility room, perfectly situated as a mud room where you can clean up before entering the home. The kitchen features a large walk-in pantry which is conveniently located steps from the utility room and the garage. You will really love this design when it comes time to restock the pantry. Speaking of loving things, you and your family will love the large kitchen island. It is the perfect place for a quick breakfast, or a relaxing lunch with friends. When it comes to outdoor living this design really shines. The expansive loggia can be accessed from the dining area, the great room as well as the master bedroom.  With its outdoor kitchen, it is where you will be spending most of your weekends. The pool bath is a great feature. This bathroom can be accessed from the second bedroom as well as from the rear of the home. If you add a swimming pool this will be the perfect accessory. There are so many small touches in this design it is hard to list them all. Things like the fireplace with built-ins on either side. The extra large 3-car garage. The huge walk-in shower in the master bathroom. And the ample walk-in closets. It would be hard to think of a feature you could add to this home. But, if you do find something you’d like to add or change, remember, we can modify most of our house plans.
