Wildflora Nora

Introducing our new women's balancing herbal tea, Wildflora Nora. Designed specifically for women’s reproductive and hormonal health. Wildflora Nora offers a holistic approach to managing the complexities of the female hormone cycle. Whether you’re dealing with PMS, endometriosis, PCOS, or simply seeking a nurturing way to support your body during pregnancy and postpartum, this tea blend is here to support you. It helps balance hormones, eases menstrual cramps, combats fatigue, and improves sleep, all while supporting your thyroid and adrenal health.   Organic Raspberry Leaf: Raspberry leaf is highly esteemed in herbal medicine for its direct action on the uterine muscles, helping to strengthen and tone the uterine lining. It contains fragarine, a compound thought to help tighten pelvic muscles, which can ease the menstrual cramps associated with hormonal fluctuations. Its high nutrient content, particularly in magnesium, potassium, and iron, helps support the hormonal system and can improve fertility. It's also known to aid in labor and postpartum recovery when consumed during pregnancy. Organic Nettle: Nettle is a powerhouse of nutrients - iron, calcium, potassium, and vitamins A, C, and K, which are essential for maintaining the balance of hormones in the body. It supports the liver in detoxifying excess hormones, which is crucial for overall hormonal balance. Nettle also boosts circulation, which enhances nutrient delivery and waste removal at a cellular level, supporting overall vitality and health. Organic Alfalfa: Alfalfa is dense in essential vitamins and minerals, including Vitamin K, Vitamin C, calcium, and magnesium, all of which are beneficial for reproductive health and hormone regulation. Its phytoestrogen content may help in balancing estrogen levels, which can mitigate symptoms of PMS and menopause. Additionally, alfalfa's rich nutrient profile supports the adrenal glands, which produce hormones that help regulate metabolism, immune system, and stress response. Organic Oatstraw: Oatstraw is an excellent herb for its soothing properties on the nervous system, making it effective in managing stress and anxiety—key components that can influence hormonal balance. It is also rich in magnesium and calcium, which are vital for muscle function and nervous system health. By promoting relaxation and sleep, oatstraw helps enhance the body’s natural processes of recovery and hormone production. Organic Rose Petals: Rose petals are traditionally used for their soothing effect on the emotional and psychological state, which is intimately tied to hormonal health. They can help improve mood, relieve stress, and promote a feeling of well-being. Additionally, rose petals contain antioxidants and vitamins that support skin health and provide a gentle boost to the body’s detoxification pathways. Organic Spearmint: Spearmint has been studied for its potential to naturally manage hormone levels, particularly in cases of polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS). It may help reduce androgen levels, which can alleviate symptoms like hirsutism and acne. Its antispasmodic properties also make it beneficial for relieving digestive issues and nausea, which are common symptoms of hormonal shifts during menstrual cycles or pregnancy. Organic Chamomile: Chamomile is renowned for its calming effects, which can significantly reduce stress, a major factor in hormonal imbalance. It’s also beneficial for menstrual cramps and pain due to its anti-inflammatory and antispasmodic properties. Chamomile can help improve sleep quality, further supporting hormone regulation and reducing the physical and emotional symptoms of hormonal imbalances.   Taste Tip: Add a small amount of your favorite all-natural sweetener to enhance the taste of your tea.   Ingredients: Organic raspberry leaf, organic nettle, organic alfalfa, organic oatstraw, organic rose petals, organic spearmint, organic chamomile.
