Wild West Steak Box

The Wild West Steak Box comes with all of your favorite steaks at an amazing value.  These steaks are from older bison cows that we would call cull cows. Originally we hadn't planned one selling these steaks as we can't class them as prime and thought we would just keep them for ourselves and we've been enjoying them very much! But we've been totally amazed at how good these steaks are while there not quite as tender as our prime steaks,  they are still what I would class as fairly tender and the flavor is incredible. So as a result we've decided to share a limited amount of these boxes with you. They will be much fattier then our regular prime steaks see pictures, so if you don't like fattier steaks then there probably not for you. But if you enjoy some extra fat when grilling or smoking there an awesome option!  Each box includes the following Tenderloin - 3 packs - 1 steak each Ribeye Steaks - 3 packs - 1 steak each Top Sirloin Steak - 3 packs - 1 steak each New York Steaks - 3 packs - 1 steak  Pictures are from these steaks! Comes at an amazing value! Approx. 8 lb. of meat.   At Miller Bison we take care in providing the highest quality Grass Fed Bison product possible.
