Wild Gunman - NES

Wild Gunman is a Nintendo Entertainment System light gun game for the NES that recreates quick-draw Western shootouts with arcade-style timing and reflex-based action. Known as one of the early Zapper showcase titles, it stands out for its simple duel format, split-second reaction gameplay, and distinctive Old West presentation. Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Platform: Nintendo Entertainment System cartridge game designed for NES hardware. Uses the NES Zapper light gun for fast-draw target shooting instead of standard action controls. Gameplay centers on one-on-one shootout scenarios where timing, accuracy, and reading enemy movement are the key to survival. The Western theme gives it a different feel from most action games in the NES library, focusing on duels rather than side-scrolling or run-and-gun stages. Best suited for CRT television setups, which support original light gun functionality. Wild Gunman remains one of the most recognizable light gun releases on the Nintendo Entertainment System. It holds an important place in early NES history as a straightforward, score-chasing shooter built around the Zapper experience.
