Wild Grey Wind

Golden Grey Wind is a 24 × 36 acrylic painting on canvas that captures a moment of quiet strength and reflection. The horse’s lowered head suggests calm focus and inward presence, rendered through layered greys, soft blues, warm earth tones, and expressive brushwork. Vertical drips of metallic gold move through the background like wind or rain, creating contrast between motion and stillness. As light shifts, the gold adds subtle depth and luminosity, enhancing the sense of atmosphere. This piece reflects resilience, grace, and the beauty found in moments of pause.
