Wild Card 2 Sequential EFI Master Kits (500 HP)

Take your classic V8 into the modern era. The Aces Wild Card 2 is a fully customizable, true Sequential Multi-Port EFI (MPEFI) system engineered for classic 8-cylinder engines. Unlike traditional TBI setups or aftermarket systems that use bank-to-bank injection, the Wild Card 2 delivers precise fuel metering to each cylinder, giving you superior throttle response, balanced fuel distribution, and more power across the RPM range. Total Customization for Your Build Every classic V8 is unique, and the Wild Card 2 was designed to adapt. Its customizable firing order setup in the startup wizard ensures compatibility with a wide range of classic 8-cylinder engines. This system requires a 7+1 Hall-effect distributor, providing accurate crank and cam signal synchronization for true sequential injection and precise ignition control. More Than Just EFI - A System Built for Performance The Wild Card 2 is available in three configurations to match your build and power goals: Standalone System: Includes ECU, wiring harness, handheld controller, and base sensors, everything you need to get up and running. Top-End Kits: Add an aluminum intake manifold (black, polished, or raw finish), Gambler Series distributor, ignition coil, injectors, throttle body, and fuel rails for a complete top-end upgrade. Master Kits: Includes everything from the Top-End Kit, plus a complete fuel delivery system of your choice for a full carb-to-EFI conversion. Choose any of these pre-built options and save 5% on the whole kit! MP-EFI vs. TBI - Why Multi-Port Wins Throttle Body Injection (TBI) sprays fuel above the throttle blades, often leading to uneven distribution and weaker response by comparison. The Wild Card 2’s true sequential injection strategy delivers fuel individually to each cylinder, optimizing throttle response, combustion efficiency, and power delivery. The result is cleaner acceleration, improved drivability, and stronger performance, from idle to redline. Built for Your Needs - Stock to High Performance Power Levels: Available in pre-built 500 HP and 800 HP kits, but in reality, the system’s capability is only limited by your supporting hardware (injectors, throttle body, and fuel system). The ECU itself is compatible with injectors up to 500 lb/hr, and scalable for boost up to 315 kPa, giving you headroom for serious horsepower builds. Truly, a system for the people. Self-Learning: Stock-most mild street builds benefit from the self-learning ECU; more aggressive setups can be manually tuned using our free laptop software. Injector Options: Choose between EV1 or EV6 injector harnesses to match your fuel injectors. (Top End & Master Kits come with EV1 by default) Throttle Body Choices: When buying a Top End or Master Kit: 4-barrel throttle body with 1.0 BAR MAP Sensor Single-blade throttle with 2.7 BAR MAP Sensor Dual Wideband O₂ Sensors: Maintain balanced fueling across both banks (both of which are 31x31) for ultimate precision and safety. Manifold Fitment: (in Top End & Master Kits) Designed for OEM-style block and head configurations (fitment may vary with some aftermarket heads). It’s already compatible with blow-through, draw-through, and nitrous setups right out of the box. And when our PWM boost control update lands in Fall 2025, the hardware is already ready to go for true boost precision. Power Meets Simplicity At Aces, we build EFI systems that make serious power simple. The Wild Card 2 is DIY-friendly and designed for enthusiasts of all skill levels. Wire it up, answer a few setup questions, fire it up, and the self-learning ECU fine-tunes your fuel maps automatically. For most street builds, that’s all it takes. For tuners pushing the limits, high-lift cams, nitrous, or forced induction, our free laptop software unlocks full manual tuning access. Once the engine reaches operating temperature, the system goes closed-loop and begins learning in real time. After a few drives, your tune dials itself in, and when you’re satisfied, you can disable learning and lock it down. That’s confidence you can feel at every throttle blip. Ignition Compatibility The Wild Card 2 is built around precise ignition control and requires a 7+1 Hall-effect distributor for sequential timing (available in Top End & Master Kits). If you want a fully matched system, Aces offers Hall-effect distributors, ignition coils, and fuel systems designed to work together for maximum spark control and reliability. Interface Options Choose how you want to set up and monitor your system: Bluetooth Module: Connects to Android (iOS support coming Fall 2025) through the free Aces Connect app. 5” Handheld Touchscreen: Full-color display with built-in GPS for real-time MPH. 7” Handheld Touchscreen: Bigger screen, same powerful features, also GPS-ready. All interfaces allow live access to RPM, speed, sensor data, tuning metrics, customizable dashboards, and much more. Bluetooth users will get GPS speed readouts with the Fall 2025 firmware update of the Aces Connect app. Engineered for Real Performance The Wild Card 2 doesn’t just perform, it’s built to last. Cast Aluminum ECU Housing: Improves heat dissipation and RFI/EMI shielding; doubles as a heatsink for internal drivers. Bosch LSU 4.9 Style WBO₂ Sensor: Delivers faster, more accurate readings with advanced planar sensing technology. Integrated Coil Driver: Enables ignition timing control when paired with Aces brand coils and distributors. Dual Fan Control: For improved cooling management. Step Retard for Nitrous Control: For safer high-power tuning. Boost Compatibility: Supports turbo and supercharged builds via free laptop software. Next-Gen ECU Power (Gen 2 Technology) This isn’t a refresh, it’s a total redesign. The Gen 2 Aces ECU delivers faster processing, higher resolution tables, and smarter data handling for our most precise control yet. Core System Upgrades: More Memory: Expanded space for advanced algorithms and adaptive strategies. DMA-Based ADC Acquisition: Cleaner, faster sensor readings. Enhanced Interrupt Handling: Reacts instantly to changing conditions for smoother operation. Expanded Timer Functions: Higher precision for timing-critical events. Mapping & Sensor Enhancements: 31x31 VE Tables: Almost triple the resolution of earlier systems. 31x31 Self-Learning Tables: Sharper adaptive control across every RPM band. 31x31 Ignition Maps: Smoother spark transitions and improved power delivery. Fuel Level Sensor Support: Works with OEM or aftermarket senders. Boost Control-Ready Hardware: PWM boost control software activation coming Fall 2025. Boost Pressure Monitoring: Real-time tracking via dedicated sensor input. System Integration The Wild Card 2 connects seamlessly with Dakota Digital clusters using the Aces BIM-01-2-ACES module (sold separately). It outputs a clean tach signal for both factory and classic-style gauges and supports stock or aftermarket gauge systems that don’t rely on CAN data. If upgrading from a stock or aftermarket EFI that uses CAN for gauge communication, review compatibility before installation. All Aces ECUs use 32-bit automotive-grade processors, the same spec used by OEMs, not the slower 16-bit industrial chips common elsewhere. The system runs at 43–60 PSI fuel pressure and supports return or returnless configurations, depending on your pump type. Internally regulated in-tank pumps can run returnless; external, inline, or surge setups require a return line. Easy Weekend Install The Wild Card 2 was built for real enthusiasts, not just professionals. For most applications, it can be installed in just a weekend: bolt it on, wire it up, answer a few setup questions, and let it learn. When you’re ready to leave outdated fuel systems behind, the Wild Card 2 gives you everything you love about old-school performance with the intelligence of modern EFI. No compromises. No headaches. Just results.
