Inspection Policy Every wig is carefully inspected upon arrival before service begins. If we discover concerns such as damaged lace, excessive shedding, cap damage, or any repairs that may affect your service, we’ll contact you with our recommendations before proceeding. No additional work will be completed without your approval. Turnaround Time Current turnaround time is approximately 7 - 10 business days, beginning the day your wig is received by Glam Xten Collection. Once your Wig Spa Refresh is complete, your wig will be carefully packaged and shipped back to you along with order update and tracking number.
