Wicker Effigy

This wicker effigy is made from bundled wheat straw & measures about 4-5 inches tall. It is formed in the traditional image of the Wicker Man, evoking ancient fire festival symbolism & agrarian rites of offering & renewal. Each effigy is crafted by hand, honoring old-world folk practices tied to harvest, sacrifice, & transformation through fire. Included with the effigy is a parchment scroll intended for as an offering of written intention, release, or gratitude to be given to the sacrificial fire during seasonal festivals such as Beltane, Litha, or harvest rites. Designed as a symbolic vessel rather than a literal sacrifice, this wicker effigy serves as a ritual focus for fire ceremonies, ancestral remembrance, & cyclical renewal, embodying the connections between land, offering, & flame. Comes wrapped in a black organza bag with ritual card.
