Why Do Christian Fast?

Living in a society where every place you turn is something cooking ready to eat, it seems harder to fast and wait on the Lord. This is because God honors sacrifice of which fasting is one of them. Jesus told the disciples, “Many things can not be done by prayers alone but by through fasting and prayer.  Are you in a cross road today and nothing seem to be   going on well?  Are you tired of being tired of your situation, fast and pray. God is able to turn your situation around. Don’t give up until you get your answer.
