Affectionately referred to as Birchy around the shop, this sea salt is our classic Spit Salt infused with birch syrup, making for a delectable treat to finish ... everything. We love it on vanilla ice cream! And chocolate. And eggs. And salmon marinades. And poultry. And in bbq sauce. And popcorn. And probably pancakes. Birch Syrup Spit Salt is the result of a collaboration with Bridge Creek, the only birch syrup harvester on the Kenai Peninsula in Alaska. It has a sweet and complex flavor profile, so go wild!
