When your recipe calls for the hearty flavor of whole wheat, look no further than our Whole-Grain Flour.  Our carefully crafted blend gives you the robust and earthy whole-grain taste you are looking for.   You can use it interchangeably with all-purpose flour cup for cup.  Xanthan gum ratios are included on the package as well as a recipe for our favorite Fruit and Grain Breakfast Bars. We promise—it might taste like delicious whole wheat flour, but it is 100% gluten-free. Like our other flours, this can be substituted cup-for-cup into whatever recipe you feel like trying.
