Whiting High & Dry Hackle Capes are a more economical cape from Whiting Farms. These are good quality feathers for the tier who is not looking for gold or silver cape prices. Each High & Dry cape has a wide variety of feather sizes. The hackles from a High & Dry cape are great for medium and large dry flies, streamer wings, and, for you steelhead bums, this is a great Intruder feather option. The white version is perfect for those looking to dye their own custom colors.
