Smudging Pack

White Sage (1x) Our White Sagefrom the coastal mountains of California. This is a broad leaf sage which is prized for its strong aromatic properties. California White Sage has been used by Native Americans for thousands of years for cleansing, purifying ones self and others as well as an area of space through the technique of smudging. Used for centuries by shamans and the indigenous people of the Andes as a spiritual remedy for purifying and cleansing, as well as to get rid of evil spirits and misfortune, as well as for medicinal purposes. Palo Santo (1x) Our Palo Santo sticks are perfectly authentic. Sourced from Peru, our natural Palo Santo sticks are an untainted extension of nature.  The cleansing energy of Palo Santo comes from trees that have finished their life cycle, not from wood that has been cut on living trees. It is believed that a tree or fallen branches must lie dead for 4-10 years before the medicinal and mystical properties of the wood begin to come alive. It is also believed that the branches of the Palo Santo that are felled by lightning have the highest concentration of medicinal and mystical properties. That’s why our holy wood Palo Santo is exclusively hand-picked from the ground.  Reiki Healing White Quartz Stone (1x) Crystals are fantastic tools to aid in mindfulness & manifestation, however to get the most out of crystals is paramount.
