Cedar Smudge Bundle Wand

Cedar Aroma: Woody Cedar has been used for healing, purification and for spiritual protection. Its spiritual properties are to promote peaceful thoughts and help interpret messages from the inner self. According to Native North American tradition, a soul, piece of land, or home collects negative energies from actions that bring harm to someone or cause spiritual pain. Smudging is a spiritual purification process believed to rid the space or someone’s spirit of these negative energies through the burning of certain herbs. Cedar is believed to carry the prayers to the higher power through the smoke, as well as removing the negative energy and attracting positive energy in its place. Intention: To purify one’s space or body, and bring protection. Smudging is a spiritual purification process that can be thought of as a cleansing smoke bath that involves lighting the bundle, gently blowing out the flame and placing it safely in a fireproof bowl, allowing the smoke to fill your space and wash over your body. This practice is held sacred within the Native American culture as well as shamanism. The smudge sticks measure 4-5 inches in length and are all sustainably harvested. Some variation may occur as these are hand tied and materials can differ in weight, fullness, and density.
