About: One of our favorite tree remedies- White Pine needle tea, syrup or extract can be used to support deeper breathing and clearing of the lungs, and enhance circulation. Gathering White Pine needles is akin to gathering cool, fragrant clear air. We prepare the needles as a refreshing tea, layer with honey or prepare as an alcohol extract. The extract smells like a walk in the woods where the evergreen aroma is clearing, enlivening and bright; the taste is quite piney and a little astringent. A marvelous traditional winter remedy for respiratory challenges, White Pine offers its fragrant green needles and stems all year long! Recommended Dosage: 20-30 drops 2-3 times per day. Child’s dose: 5-10 drops 2-3 times per day. *Please note our recommended dosage may differ from other sources. *This statement has not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration.
