Peony tea, or Bai Mu Dan, is a grade of white tea made from plucks, each with one leaf shoot and two young leaves.  The tea has developed a full-body texture with a plum, fruity, and nutty taste, thanks to its isolation from the human intervention for hundreds of years. And after being aged for seven years, the teacake has emerged a sweet and bright aroma.  It was processed with the legacy white-tea making process, including the sun-withering and air-dry.
