White Owls, Recycled Metal

Hand crafted from recycled 40 gallon steel drums in Zimbabwe, they are another wonderful example of creating beauty from waste - something African artists do uniquely well. Each owl is unique! No two owls are exactly alike.  Small: 9" x 3" Medium: 11" x 4"  Large: 13.5" x 5" Made in: Zimbabwe These metal sculptures can stay outdoors in the open, they will slowly rust and acquire a lovely patina which is quite beautiful. If you'd like to preserve them exactly as you see them and still have them outdoors you can dust them and spray a coat of clear matte varnish once or twice a year.
