White Label Cherry Chipotle was originally created exclusively for our friends at Fuego Box, and now it's available to everyone! Despite being one of our more "in the box" flavor profiles, White Label is rich with layers of flavor from twice-smoked Meco Chipotles, garlic, onion, and the subtle undertone of tart cherry. This has long been one of my most popular local sauces, and I'm thrilled to finally be able to offer it online! Use White Label On anything. Especially good on Mexican food, pizza, eggs, meats, & veggies. Also works great to kick up a vinaigrette for your salads! The Story Behind the Sauce Many years ago, Fuego Box & I discussed the idea of a custom sauce - thus the description on the front of the label. They were interested in a chipotle sauce, and I relished the opportunity to revisit the twice-smoked Meco chipotle. After some prototyping efforts, White Label was born! I love Brown Label, with its bold notes of mustard, cumin, and chipotle, but I wanted to really feature the rich layer of flavor from the Meco chipotle in White Label - after trying several potential companion options, tart cherry juice really popped, and the sauce came alive. Truly a unique flavor profile, White Label has a creeping medium heat, and is versatile and delicious. I hope you love it as much as I do. ~Scott Z
