WHITE CHOCOLATE MACADAMIA NUT

Our white Chocolate Macadamia Nut was another classic cookie recipe we thought we could do justice to with our organic whole-grain base. The traditional white flour/white sugar/pound of butter version of this cookie most people are used to eating is the nutritional equivalent of cotton candy which gives a sugar high followed by a crash and includes really nothing of any nutritional value. At Yummylicious, we’ve redeemed this classic cookie by adding our organic whole-grain base to the mix so you’re getting fiber and protein and other good stuff. We’re convinced once you try this favorite, you’ll agree we’ve represented the classic recipe well, but in a healthier version.
