The Perfect Foundation: Provides a strong, dimensionally stable core to build your custom ring around. Ideal for bentwood, carbon fiber, resin, or other composite ring designs. Exceptional Durability: The scratch-resistant ceramic interior ensures the inside of your ring remains pristine even with heavy daily wear, while the bright white color will never fade. Ready for Bonding: The exterior surface is pre-scuffed, creating the perfect texture for a powerful, permanent bond with your chosen adhesive and exterior material. Bright, Professional Look: The polished white interior provides a high-end, professional finish that beautifully contrasts with a wide variety of exterior materials, especially dark woods. Important Crafting Instructions HANDLE WITH CARE: While extremely scratch-resistant, ceramic is a rigid material. It can crack or shatter if dropped on a hard surface. AVOID OVER-EXPANDING: Do not use excessive force on a ring mandrel when sizing or working. Over-expansion can cause the ceramic to crack. Creative Applications Bentwood Rings: The popular 8mm width provides a substantial and incredibly durable foundation for your handcrafted bentwood rings. The bright white provides a stunning, high-contrast look against dark woods like walnut or ebony. Carbon Fiber & Composite Rings: Use as the core for wrapping carbon fiber to create bold, statement rings with a striking black-and-white 'tuxedo' look. Hybrid Designs: The wider profile allows for more complex hybrid designs. Create a wood or resin exterior and add a wide crushed opal inlay flush with the liner's edge for a truly showstopping piece.
