Whistler 12×12

The Square Cedar-Look Enclosure with Premium Glass Windows The Whistler 12×12 is the smallest approximate 12-foot-wide model in the Whistler collection, offering a balanced square footprint that accommodates an 8-foot hot tub with room for spa steps and a pair of chairs. The square layout is efficient and versatile: it looks clean and proportional when positioned in a corner of a yard, centered on a concrete pad, or placed alongside a deck. For homeowners stepping up from a 10-foot-wide enclosure, the 12×12 provides a meaningful increase in interior space without requiring a significantly larger foundation. The warm cedar-colored walls with dark brown accents on windows and doors give the Whistler 12×12 a rich, West Coast-inspired appearance that makes it one of the most visually striking enclosures in the entire Westview catalog. This is the model that generates compliments from neighbors and visitors — it looks like a custom-built cedar structure at a fraction of the cost and with none of the ongoing maintenance. Glass Windows and Skylight: Light From Every Direction Six sliding lockable glass windows with aluminum frames deliver exceptional clarity and light transmission, making the interior of the Whistler 12×12 feel open and connected to the outdoors even when fully closed for Winter. The glass is a noticeable upgrade from standard polycarbonate panels in terms of visual quality and the overall feel of the space. The Duraflex PC roof includes a skylight at the peak, adding overhead natural light and a view of the sky that customers consistently describe as one of their favorite features — especially during nighttime hot tub sessions under the stars. Ultrawood: Cedar Appearance, Composite Performance The Whistler 12×12 is built from Ultrawood, a heavy-duty composite that replicates the grain, color, and texture of natural cedar without any of the maintenance. No staining, sealing, sanding, or painting. The weather- resistant finish is far more durable than most customers expect, and installers note that the engineering and joinery are tight and precise — all parts fit squarely and securely. The result is a structure that feels substantial and permanent from the moment it is assembled. Wind Block, Sound Dampening, and Year-Round Comfort Customers report being impressed by how quiet the interior becomes when the glass panels are closed, describing the Whistler as an excellent wind block that creates a calm and comfortable environment even during storms. The standard snow load rating of 35 pounds per square foot and wind rating of 75 mph handle typical winter conditions. The optional bracket upgrade kit increases the snow load to 40 pounds per square foot and wind rating to 100 mph for heavier-weather regions. Assembly and Sizing The Whistler 12×12 ships as a pre-assembled panel kit. Two lockable swing French doors provide the main entrance, and the door position can be placed on any side. Assembly is a one-day project for two people. If you want a bit more length for furniture or a larger seating area, the Whistler 12×14 adds two feet while keeping the same approximate 12-foot width. For maximum space in the Whistler line, the 12×20 houses an 8-foot tub plus a full entertainment area. Optional screen kits, tempered glass, and roof brackets are available individually or bundled at a discount. Call 1-800-895-1972 to discuss sizing or delivery.
