Whistler 10×14

West Coast Design in a Compact, Heavy-Duty Enclosure The Whistler 10×14 is the entry point into Westview’s newest and most design-forward gazebo collection. Inspired by West Coast architecture, the Whistler features warm cedar-colored walls with dark brown accents on the windows and doors — a color combination that gives the structure a rich, natural appearance that blends beautifully with landscaped backyards, wooded lots, and rustic homes. Unlike collections that prioritize neutral or contemporary styling, the Whistler is designed to look like it was built from premium wood while delivering the durability and low maintenance of modern composite materials. The Whistler 10×14 provides comfortable space for a 7-foot hot tub with room for spa steps and a small seating area. The rectangular approximate 10-by-14-foot footprint offers more length than a square 10×10 model, which gives you flexibility to position the tub toward one end with a small table or chairs at the other. It is the ideal size for homeowners who want a dedicated spa enclosure without needing a large structure. Glass Windows: The Defining Feature of the Whistler Collection The Whistler collection is a Westview line that headlines glass windows as a core design element. Six sliding lockable glass windows with aluminum frames wrap the structure, providing exceptional clarity, light transmission, and visibility compared to standard polycarbonate or acrylic panels. The glass creates a cleaner, more refined look both from inside and outside the enclosure. Optional tempered glass upgrades add improved safety, insulation, and sound dampening. The Duraflex PC roof includes a built-in skylight at the peak. Combined with the glass windows, the skylight fills the Whistler with natural light during the day and opens up a view of the night sky during evening soaks — a feature that multiple customers have singled out as their favorite aspect of the Whistler. Ultrawood Composite with a Cedar-Wood Finish The Whistler 10×14 is constructed from Ultrawood, a heavy-duty composite material that looks and feels remarkably like real cedar wood. Multiple customers have noted how realistic the wood-grain finish appears, describing it as very classy and indistinguishable from natural wood at a normal viewing distance. The critical difference is maintenance: Ultrawood requires no staining, no sealing, no sanding, and no painting. The cedar- colored finish is permanent and weather-resistant, lasting decades without fading or degradation. Wind and Snow Ratings The Whistler 10×14 carries a standard snow load rating of 35 pounds per square foot and a wind rating of 75 mph. For homeowners in heavier snow or wind areas, an optional roof bracket upgrade kit raises the snow load capacity to 40 pounds per square foot and the wind rating to 100 mph. This makes the Whistler suitable for a wide range of climates, from Pacific Northwest rain to Midwest snow. Assembly and Getting Started The Whistler 10×14 ships as a pre-assembled panel kit. The entrance door can be placed on any side of the gazebo, giving you complete flexibility for your yard layout. Assembly is a one-day project for two people. Optional screen kits and roof bracket reinforcements are available individually or as discounted bundles. If you need more room for an 8-foot hot tub plus furniture, consider stepping up to the Whistler 12×14, which adds two feet of width and substantially more interior space.
