And SO good for my lower spine to ease fatigue in my lower back in sitting postures.  Now...if you could just invent something that gives me that much cushion for my knees when I'm running!"  Jill S "I found this yoga mat to be a creative way to give added padding and protection to areas of the body without sacrificing anything in the process.  Karen has perfected something I did't realize needed improvements until I tried this yoga mat.  Thanks Karen."  Daniel D "The best feature of this mat is the pad that seems to always be in the right spot.  I use and sell the Whisper mat and love it when practicing yoga.  It is the best choice for me by far."   Dave D "The Quiet Mountain Whisper Yoga Mat provides a place for experience to deepen. The padded comfort, allows for movement into postures without the interruption of moving a prop into place to help find the appropriate space to soften and let-go. Since there is one less distraction in positioning a prop there is more opportunity to quiet the mind and open the heart.  Sharon D Read Testimonials **Wholesale/studio pricing available.
