Whiskey Stave Cigar Tray

Handcrafted from authentic reclaimed whiskey barrel staves, this cigar tray blends rustic character with functional design. Each piece is shaped, sanded, and finished by hand, preserving the natural curve, grain, and markings of the original barrel wood. The metal banding from the barrel is incorporated into the design, adding a distinctive touch that highlights the tray’s heritage. Routed to securely hold most liquor glasses and a cigar, this tray creates a refined, elevated experience for tastings, pairings, or evening rituals. Unlike your food‑safe pieces, this tray is finished with a durable clear polyurethane topcoat, giving it a smooth, sealed surface ideal for barware.
