Whiskey Barrel Smoking Chunks

Made from reclaimed American White Oak whiskey barrels, these chunks infuse every bite with deep rich smokey flavor.  The 2-pound bag is good for 5-10 rounds on the grill depending on how much smoke you want to add. There are two different size chunks within each bag. 1 pound of large chunks that last the whole grilling cycle and 1 pound of thinner smaller chunks that easily slip between the grates to keep adding flavor.
