Whirlpool Pump Air Switch Relay - ON-OFF Switch

Turn your pool or spa into a safer, more reliable system with the Whirlpool Pump Air Switch Relay — an ON-OFF control built on advanced pneumatic actuation. This zero-voltage switching at actuation means the electrical current is never present when you press the control, dramatically reducing shock risk in humid, wet environments while preserving precise, hands-on control of your equipment. Designed around Whirly Bros air-switch technology, it delivers dependable performance without exposing water to live electricity. The switch relies on internal air pressure—no external air source required—to deliver consistent, repeatable responses. That means you get rock-solid control over pumps, jets, and other spa or pool devices with fewer setup hassles and less maintenance. Why this Whirlpool Pump Air Switch stands out Safety-first design: zero current at actuation dramatically reduces shock risk in wet environments. Dependable, predictable control: repeatable ON-OFF switching keeps pool and spa performance consistent. Easy integration: works seamlessly with existing push-button actuators and tubing systems for quick setup. Flexible configuration: supports both single-sense and multi-sense applications to fit your system needs. Durable in humidity: engineered to withstand the demanding conditions of pools and spas for years of service. How it works Press the pneumatic push button to initiate a control action. An air pulse travels through the connected tubing to the air switch, moving the diaphragm inside and triggering the micro switch plunger. The circuit opens or closes exactly when you intend, activating or deactivating the connected pump, jet, or device with precise timing for improved performance and safety. Smart use cases Control pool pumps and spa jets with a tactile, fail-safe ON-OFF switch that keeps electrical activity away from water. Accommodate both single-function installations or coordinated multi-function setups for complex systems. Ideal for professional installers and DIY enthusiasts who value safety, reliability, and straightforward maintenance. Practical setup and maintenance tips Route tubing to protect against kinks and abrasion; secure connections to prevent air leaks that could affect response time. Regularly inspect diaphragms and seals for wear; replace as needed to maintain precise actuation. Keep the switch and tubing within reach of the control push button for predictable, immediate response. Test the system periodically to confirm that actuation timing remains precise across all connected devices. From Whirly Bros, this dedicated air-switch solution brings professional-grade safety and reliability to everyday pool and spa operation. It’s a purpose-built, maintenance-friendly choice for anyone who priorities safety, precise control, and long-term durability in humid environments. Whirlpool Pump Air Switch Relay
