Whelping-Ready Mama Check

A simple at-home test to check for intestinal parasites in dogs and cats. Results are sent to you and your vet for review. Use this if your pet goes outside, visits parks, daycares, or boarding facilities—and you want to check for parasites that could affect both pets and people. What it is: A mail-in fecal test that checks for common intestinal parasites: hookworms, roundworms, tapeworms, whipworms, coccidia, and giardia—so your vet can catch hidden infections and prescribe the right treatment if needed. Why it matters: Parasites often show no obvious signs at first—but they can cause stomach issues, weight loss, or spread to other pets and even people. Some parasites are zoonotic, meaning they can be passed from pets to humans. This test helps catch infections in pets that seem healthy. How it works: Use the included scoop to collect a small stool sample, register your kit online, freeze the ice pack, and ship everything with the prepaid overnight label. The lab processes and sends results to your vet within 1 business day of receiving the sample and then to you. What’s included: ✔ Sample tube with built-in scoop ✔ Gloves for clean handling ✔ Ice pack to keep the sample fresh ✔ Prepaid return shipping ✔ Lab testing for common intestinal parasites ✔ Results sent to you and your vet Best for: • Dogs or cats with signs of gastrointestinal distress • Dogs or cats who go outdoors, visit parks, or attend daycare • Multi-pet households or homes with young children • Routine wellness screening (recommended 2–4x/year for outdoor pets)
