C&N Wheel Away System

Between Opening and Closing Day of summer camp, some folks end up moving their trunk as much as a mile just to get it from the parking lot to the cabin and back. Move your trunk from Point A to Point B using the C&N Wheel Away System. It features large, 4″ Polyurethane wheels to give you a revolutionary solution for summer campers moving their fully-packed footlocker across campgrounds and other rough terrain. It is THE EASIEST way to transport your trunk! You wouldn’t want to free carry a fully-loaded suitcase through a busy airport when you could be rolling it—no different for your camper moving their camp trunk. Make it an easy, one-person job with these 4" high wheels, positioned for clearance of rocks or uneven ground.   The Wheel Away System is our most popular accessory with 62% of our customers ordering them with their trunks. The ones who don’t wish they had and end up ordering them later. Save yourself an extra order and let us install them right here for free (though installations at home are made to be incredibly simple).         We used to permanently attach wheels to our trunks. The trouble with permanent wheels is that with all the handling and travel trunks go through—being thrown into car trunks, shipping on airlines, being hauled around, getting stacked—the wheels tend to get damaged. And, with them being permanently attached, damaged wheels render the whole trunk useless. At some point, we questioned how we could provide wheels to our customers so they could have wheels when they wanted them and no wheels when they didn’t. When we install the simple steel bracket of the Wheel Away System, it adds no extra height to your trunk. The wheels instantly pop on and they remove just as easily with a little tug—no tools required. Once removed, the wheels can be stored away in the handy cinch sack.         Please note: The footlocker shown is not included. The Wheel Away System includes the bracket, a set of wheels, and a cinch sack. The Wheel Away System only works on C&N Footlockers.      Construction: Welded and Formed Nickel Plated Steel Bracket and 2 PVC Wheels Wheel System Accessory for Easy Trunk Transportation 4" Polyurethane Wheels with Steel Bearings and Self-Locking Pins Weight: 1lb 14oz Includes: Bracket with attachment screws, 2 Wheels, Cinch Sack, Dimensions: 18.5"L x 2"W Option for Factory or Home Installation Removable Warranty: C&N Lifetime Free Repair Warranty Care Instructions: Wipe down with dry cloth
