Wheatgrass

Wheatgrass is a fantastic way to add some additional nutrition to your diet!  Generally people juice it and drink the juice, however we add whole grass blades into smoothies to get the full nutritional benefit.  Dogs and cats can benefit from wheatgrass too. Wheatgrass is sold as a small 5"x5" live tray. We grow the wheatgrass to order, so there may be a delay in delivery.  If this is the case you will receive an email to confirm the actual date of delivery.  Health Benefits: Aids in healthy digestion, blood sugar regulation, lowers cholesterol and inflammation. Wheatgrass juice is also high in protein.  Nutrients: Vitamins A, B, C E and K, Iron, Magnesium, Calcium, Phosphorus, Potassium, Sodium, Sulfur, Cobalt, and Zinc and Amino Acids.
