Whale 8x10 Burlap Art Print

The sperm whale is not only the largest cetacean, it has the biggest brain of any animal on earth!  Connecticut was a global hub of the commercial whaling industry during the 18th-20th centuries. The sperm whale was a popular image in my father’s apparel line Connecticut Shirt Man in the 80-90’s. This print was inspired by a popular style of his featuring a whale painted on a wooden sign. Read more about it here. .................. Measures 8"x10" Made by hand in Connecticut, USA
