Mares 5.5mm Instinct Freediving Wetsuit Pieces

The Mares 5mm Instinct Freediving Wetsuit Top is built for dedicated spearfishers who need warmth, flexibility, and stealth underwater. Constructed with premium open-cell neoprene on the interior, this wetsuit top creates a close seal against the skin for excellent thermal insulation while maintaining the flexibility required for freediving and spearfishing. A standout feature of the Instinct series is Mares’ proprietary camouflage system. The camo pattern is printed on a colored lining that produces irregular color combinations, helping to break up the diver’s silhouette underwater. This visual disruption can make it more difficult for fish to detect your presence, giving spearfishers an advantage while approaching prey. The compression-resistant neoprene maintains warmth and structure over time, while the anatomical freediving cut allows for natural movement and efficient swimming. With 5mm thermal protection, this wetsuit top is ideal for temperate water conditions where warmth, stealth, and mobility are essential.
