Large (1 1/3 Bushel - approx. 25 lbs.) Fresh Hatch Red Chile is available in a medium heat level and shipped right to your door. Our chile is picked and shipped the same day so that it gets to you as fresh as possible. From our farms to your table, a piece of the Land of Enchantment. Big Jim and Charger are two of our most famous varieties and a favorite for red chile. The hearty pods are perfect for making your own red sauce or roasting and freezing. Don't forget to order some of our Fresh Hatch Green Chile, if only so you can ask yourself our official state question 'Red or Green?'
